Tajudeen is a founding member and the Managing director of FELICITY PRIME DEVELOPMENTS & GENERAL SERVICES LTD. He is an astute and strategic entrepreneur with proven professional skills in business development, total quality management, and ethical and sustainable business practices. He is grounded in promoting international standards in creating economic values that meet the now and future needs of successful business operations. Tajudeen possesses competent managerial skills and innovative intelligence to drive disruptive changes toward creating values and economic wealth that competitively stand the test of time in the business world.
Tajudeen has many years of experience working with globally recognised organisations in the UK's entertainment, health and safety, and fashion industries. He is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University. He holds a master's degree (MBA) from the University of Sunderland. He is a certified Prince2 Project Manager and a member of the Association of MBAs, a professional body in the United Kingdom.

Dr. Michael Abayomi Fowowe is a highly accomplished operations and project management professional with extensive experience in business administration, research, and consultancy across corporate, development, and academic sectors—both within Nigeria and internationally. He is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management (FCIHRM), a certified trainer with the Centre for Management Development (CMD), and a member of several respected professional bodies, including the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN).
With a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions in operations, project coordination, education, and organizational development, Michael brings a unique blend of academic excellence and practical industry expertise. He holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Ekiti State University, three Master's degrees with University of Lagos (MSc. Management), Liverpool John Moore University, UK (MSc. International Public Health), and University of People, California (MBA), and a Top-Grade Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Ado-Ekiti, where he graduated among the best in his class.
Michael is passionate about leveraging data-driven research, feasibility studies, and business intelligence to solve complex challenges, drive innovation, and foster sustainable growth. He is known for his analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in every project.

Currently serving as the Operations and Project Manager at FELICITY PRIME LTD, he oversees cross-functional project execution, strategic planning, operational efficiency, and the development of innovative solutions in logistics, training and general services. Michael is also a prolific author and academic, having published numerous scholarly articles and books in reputable international journals, addressing critical issues in business, education, and socioeconomic development.
ELEBUJE, GEORGE KUNLE
George is a business analyst with over 10 years managing critical projects, optimising business processes and pro-transforming existing solutions into innovative system within public/private sector settings. Based on his professionalism, George has served in different capacity within and outside Nigeria as a project manager and business analyst. He is a graduate of the Ahmedu Bello University, Zaria. He also holds a master degree in Project Management at the University of West London, UK.
DAMISA BERNARD
Bernard is a hardworking and result-oriented lawyer with a proven track record in solving complex and challenging business legal issues and a good representative of clients' interests. He is versed in diverse aspects of the law and is an expert in structured finance, project finance, real estate financing and tax law. He also participates in some of the firm's Information Technology, Entertainment, regulatory compliance, family law and commercial litigation briefs. As the company's legal adviser, Bernard believes in strict adherence to contract agreements and paying attention to details in the best interest of delivering exceptional, quality and satisfying client services. He had his LLM at the University of Lagos, BL at the Nigerian Law School, and LLB at the University of Nigeria. Bernard is a member of professional societies, such as the Nigerian Bar Association and Chartered Institute of Taxation.
ABIMBOLA OLANIYIN JAIYESIMI
